Progress or Congress

So you know how you are always trying to make progress on curing your depression? No? You’re just sitting around feeling miserable? That’s cool too.

When you are trying to make progress, sometimes it helps to take on different concepts, complexes, and habits separately rather than all at once.

For example, if you struggle with a desire to do every job at once, try evaluating how to be tactically useless.

If you are dealing with the need to communicate better, then spend time working on those skills and interacting with useful resources and/or people.

If you find yourself going two steps forward, one step back, then maybe you’ll need to relax and think about heading in a new direction.

So it’s okay to make progress in parts, yet it’s also okay to observe what negative effects occur as well. Unfortunately, progress can come with unexpected developments and some of them can be an issue. You’ll have to decide on whether, in your advancement, the pros outweigh the cons.
