I get lazy about posting, so when that happens, I’ll just post some random life stuff. A reduced shame complex and some increased narcissism means that I’ve become an attention whore who loves sharing personal details. Try not to fret about it too much on my account, darling depressives.
That being said, I created this blog to be more about the concepts than my own life story. When I was more miserable, reading about other people was a major downer slash turnoff, so the posts will be private. If you want to see them, the password is “dftw” and you can go right ahead and do so.
I had to do a lot of things that I thought were complete bullshit in order to find ways of managing my depression. I don’t think that these techniques will work for everyone. (Lists, lists, lists, and even more lists.) And sometimes even if you try them out they will feel disgusting. Still, they helped me recover to some extent, and pushing through the discomfort made me stronger. Worth considering.
